Our recycled plastic benches offer sustainability, durability, ease of maintenance, and cost-effectiveness, benefiting your outdoor space while also making a positive contribution to environmental preservation. We use galvanized screws in our recycled plastic furniture. Most of them are cleverly hidden inside the plastic and given a protective 'burn' cover, so they don't take a beating from the outdoor elements.

What is the key reason behind our remarkable success?

As a family business with more than 2 000 000 benches sold over the past 36 years, we are the largest manufacturer of wooden benches, recycled plastic benches and patio furniture in South Africa and on the African continent.

The timber we use is 1st grade SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) structural patula timber from Natal. The varnish used is a water based exterior marine varnish which is very user friendly and robust. Most of our products are dipped treated to ensure 100% penetration. All our furniture complies with local health regulations.

Our recycled plastic furniture contributes to the conservation of finite resources and diminishes the carbon footprint linked to the production of new plastic.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical duration it takes for a product to be produced on average?

We do not carry stock and only make-to-order. 

Our lead time can be anything between 5 to 25 working days depending on the product ordered, material, quantities, and time of year. 

However, if the client has an urgent deadline date, we will do our best to meet that.

Do you use rust preventative nuts and bolts to enhance durability and other factors?

We use stainless steel screws on most of our wooden furniture and tough galvanized screws in our recycled plastic furniture. Most of them are cleverly hidden inside the plastic and given a protective 'burn' cover, so they don't take a beating from the outdoor elements.

Can I place an order for custom sizes?

We can customize orders within reason and have made many custom-designed products over the years. 

We can also custom make the current range of our furniture in need.  i.e., different lengths, widths, legs brought in, etc.
